Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order confirmation email has been received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant delivery details.
Shipping Times
Vivion Energy may ship products from inventory located in Canada or the United States, depending on product availability and fulfillment location. Shipping timelines may vary based on where the item is stocked.
Canadian Inventory
Orders shipped from Canadian inventory generally arrive within 4–14 business days from the date the order has been processed.
U.S. Inventory
Orders shipped from U.S. inventory generally arrive within 7–20 business days from the date the order has been processed.
Faster shipping options may be available at checkout for select products and destinations.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and shipping method selected.
Orders of $5,500 CAD or more before tax may qualify for free shipping within Canada, unless otherwise stated. Certain product lines, oversized items, palletized shipments, or special-order items may be excluded from free shipping eligibility.
Some remote, rural, or hard-to-access areas in Canada may require additional shipping charges. These may include, but are not limited to:
- carrier transfer fees
- ferry charges
- tailgate or liftgate service fees
- residential freight surcharges
- extended area delivery fees

Large, Heavy, or Specialty Products

- certain items may need to ship by freight carrier
- additional handling fees may apply
- delivery appointments may be required
- curbside delivery may be the standard method unless otherwise arranged
If a product requires special handling or shipping conditions, this will be communicated during checkout or by our team after the order is placed.
Dealer / Commercial Orders
Shipping terms for dealer, contractor, wholesale, or commercial-volume orders may differ from standard retail shipments. Freight rates, free shipping thresholds, and delivery conditions for these orders may be subject to separate agreements or quoted terms.

Unexpected or Additional Shipping Charges
If additional shipping charges arise due to customer-requested changes after the order has already been processed or shipped, those charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

- address changes after dispatch
- rerouting shipments to a new destination
- missed delivery appointments
- storage fees charged by the carrier
- re-delivery fees
- access limitations at the delivery location
Any such additional charges must be paid before final delivery or release of the shipment, where applicable.
